Senior Recruitment/ Business Development Consultant

Protech Site Services are growing, and we are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment/ Business Development Consultant to join our friendly and ambitious team. This is a 180 role as we have a specialist in-house delivery and resourcing department.   

We specialise in Construction recruitment and already support several large housebuilding developers and main contractors. We pride ourselves in offering a high quality of service and compliance. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment/ Business Development Consultant with experience in temporary recruitment, construction and the ability to build a team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Confirming job placements and relaying information to our resourcing team.
  • Business Development using an existing database and generation of new leads.
  • Identification of new business opportunities.
  • Site and client visits and meetings.
  • Training and supporting trainee recruitment consultants.
  • Updating Protech Site Service database.
  • Adhering to required Service Level Agreement Standards.
  • Promoting Protech Site Services values.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in the temporary recruitment industry, ideally in construction.
  • Be a strong, consistent billing consultant.
  • Have experience in developing new business relationships.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive and own a car.
  • Be ambitious and proactive.

Salary – £35-40k plus commission
