Project Manager – Refurbishment
Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a large-scale refurbishment project in Paddington, London.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in Design & Build refurbishment works on both residential/ student accommodation properties. This exciting project includes the complete strip out and refurbishment of 300+ student apartments and communal areas including a gym, cinema
Responsibilities include:
Preparation and management of the contract programme, in conjunction with the Contract Manager
Managing and delivering the projects on time and within budget
Leading a team of Site Managers, and Sub Contractors.
Ensuring that works are completed safely
Attending site meetings
Handing over completed projects to clients
Liaising with the design team and commercial on any site variations
Essential Skills
Project Management
Clean Driving License
Exceptional leadership and management skills
Good IT skills with knowledge of specific build and project management platforms and industry-relevant software
Strong technical understanding with the ability to interpret and understand CAD and hand-drafted plans and drawings
Salary – Up to £65K plus package
